First Post of Primary Responsibility - A twelve month modular programme (both online and residential sessions) for Clergy & Lay Ministers who have taken on a post of Primary Responsibility for the first time during the preceding eighteen months.  Next start: October 2025

Developing Ministry: Leading in a Changing Church - A year long course focusing on ministerial formation especially in early years of ministry.  3 Residentials  February, June and November 2025 at Stratford Manor Hotel. 

Transforming Conflict - Part of a suite of three courses on the dynamics of leadership and pastoral relationships. November 5th - 6th 2025 and 3rd December 2025. 

Working with Change - Part of a suite of three courses on the dynamics of leadership and pastoral relationships.  March 16th-17th 2026.

New Area/Rural Deans - A year-round learning community for Area/Rural Deans who have recently been appointed into post.

Celebrating Wisdom - A retreat for Clergy and Ministers who want to renew their vision for their ministry. Next start, June 2026.

Letting Go to Live Anew- A Pre-Retirement Retreat for Clergy and their Spouses/Partners. Next start, July 2026
